Where do you produce your e-bikes?

We build our e-bikes in our own factory in Gdansk in Poland. We manufacture our e-bikes with high quality components from well-known suppliers. Every EcoRide e-bike undergoes a thorough test and inspection before being packed in a sturdy box.

Where can I find the frame number on your e-bikes?

The frame number is etched on the head tube of the e-bike – this is the front tube of the frame that runs between the front wheel and the handlebars.

Can I transport your e-bikes on a car using a bicycle rack?

Yes, that won’t be a problem. There are lots of different bicycle racks for cars and you can attach and transport our e-bikes on any of them.

Are your e-bikes constructed for riding in the rain?

Yes our e-bikes and all other components are constructed to cope with rain.

Can I order an EcoRide bike in a unique colour?

Unfortunately not, we only offer the colours presented on our website.

My e-bike isn’t working. What do I do?

Please contact one of our partners specialising in EcoRide products. You can find all of our partners and their contact details on the map and list under the store tab in the top menu.

How far can I ride an e-bike?

We provide approximate ranges for our e-bikes in the specifications on each product page. An e-bike’s range is affected by many factors including terrain, tyre pressure and the cyclist’s own pedalling ability, so it’s difficult to give an exact figure for e-bike ranges. Your e-bike’s battery works best if it’s charged often, but it isn’t good to store it for long periods without being charged or used. If you can’t charge or use the battery for a while, you should store the battery almost fully charged.

What does an EcoRide e-bike cost?

An EcoRide e-bike costs SEK 15,000-40,000.

How fast can I ride an e-bike?

You get pedal assist up to 25 km/h. Of course you can ride it faster than that, but you won’t get pedal assist.

Do cold temperatures affect the range of an e-bike?

Yes. The range is shorter in cold weather. Exactly how much shorter depends on how cold it is. The range is also affected by other factors such as the terrain, tyre pressure and the cyclist’s own pedalling ability.
